All orders placed before 8pm Monday – Friday are shipped out the same day. All orders placed after 8pm or on the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that orders are fulfilled at our distribution warehouse and any tracking emails will show “Zendbox” as the shipper.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or bank holidays. Orders can occasionally be delivered on Saturdays.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
