How do I log in to my account?

Logging in is quick and easy — just follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Account icon in the website header or click here.
  2. Enter the email address registered to your wholesale account.
  3. We’ll send a secure login code to your email.
  4. If a pop-up appears asking you to sign in with Shop, simply close it and continue using the login code instead.
  5. Open your email, copy the login code, and enter it on the website.

Once logged in:

  • If you have multiple addresses saved, select the address you’d like to use.
  • You can then browse, add products to your cart, and checkout as normal.

If you experience any issues logging in, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.

What happens to my existing retail account?

If you’ve previously purchased using a retail account, don’t worry, your past orders will remain safely stored under that email address.

You have a couple of options:

  • Keep them separate: Your retail and wholesale orders can remain under their respective accounts.
  • Request a migration: If you’d prefer all past orders to be moved under your wholesale account, simply contact us, and we can assist with this.

If you’d like to make a retail purchase using the same email as your wholesale account, you can do so by:

  1. Logging out of your wholesale account.
  2. Checking out as a guest using the same email address.

That said, we highly recommend using separate email addresses for retail and wholesale purchases to keep your accounts and order history clearly organised.

Can I add staff to my wholesale account?

Yes, absolutely!

If you’d like to give team members access to your wholesale account, simply send us an email, and we’ll set this up for you.

We can provide different levels of access depending on your needs:

Admin Access

  • Can place orders
  • Can edit address information
  • Can update payment details

Ordering-Only Access

  • Can place orders on your behalf
  • Cannot edit address or payment information

Staff logins can also be granted access to multiple delivery addresses, if required.

Just let us know:

  • The staff member’s name
  • Their email address
  • The level of access you’d like them to have
  • The location/s they can access.

We’ll take care of the rest 😊

Is there a minimum order required?

No, there is no minimum order requirement. You’re welcome to purchase any quantity that suits your needs.

We also offer free products when you reach certain order value thresholds. These will automatically apply once your cart qualifies.
